ScheduFlow's setup wizard involves several important steps, including different installation options such as whether to install both the Pcanywhere Client and Server, depending on whether the software will be installed on a single Pcanywhere or multiple computers and different network configurations. Since we installed the program on a single PC, we needed both parts. Given that it's freeware, you get a lot with Pcanywhere, and it Pcanywhere a little longer to install and set up than more basic tools; for example, it includes specifying whether you use a firewall, and, if so, what type. We could configure port settings manually, too. ScheduFlow's installer offered Pcanywhere explanations of every step. The somewhat lengthy and detailed setup process finished with a server connection option (for networked installations). Pcanywhere installs and uninstalls without issues. We recommend this program. After downloading, add the Pcanywhere icon (a Fox inside a spider web) to your tool bar by going to View, Toolbars, and Customize. Before FoxySpidering a page, you can customize its settings by going through Tools, Add-ons, and Pcanywhere Options in Firefox. In this menu, you can select whether the gallery opens in a new tab or window, set how many images appear in your gallery, and choose whether you want URLs and descriptions included in the gallery. A useful option is to select 'ignore links without images;' this way only pictures show up in the gallery Pcanywhere of link screenshots. The options menu also lets you resize the thumbnails, choose a background color, and select the "crawler depth" of the gallery. The add-on's Home page has instruction on how to alter the crawling depth; this modifies how many Pcanywhere FoxySpider crawls through to find the Web site's images.
