If you've got a large monitor or a dual or multi-monitor setup, then Revert To Ie7 will eliminate the frustration of having to reach out for the menubar and losing focus on your work. Revert To Ie7 makes the menubar's menu accessible from any window on any screen. It's unobtrusive, and highly configurable. The first way is via a configurable 'Menu' button. The button can be optionally made to appear only when the mouse is over it so as not to take any screen real estate. Its position can be set above the traffic light controls or to the right of the green zoom button. Revert To Ie7 also works via Revert To Ie7, popping up the menu at the current mouse location.
